My daughter and I rented a car for 10 days in July. We were given a new car and everything was explained to us like no other agency has done before. Rylee and Zack get an A++ in customer service. It was the most painless process I’ve ever encountered in renting a car. I highly recommend this location.
I dealt with Zack at the Enterprise branch on NW Science park Center and he was incredible for me. Zack went above and beyond to accommodate my long term rental car. Enterprise is my GO TO rental car agency going forward. There was also a fairly new female there, and was so kind and helpful. I believe her name is Allison. GO Enterprise!

After a somewhat traumatic experience trying to rent from Budget, I decided to rent a car from this Enterprise location near Beaverton and have to say it was an absolute breath of fresh air. I received excellent customer service from both reps I interacted with (Zac & Riley) and was given the choice of two (virtually brand new) vehicles to choose from for my rental.
