The staff at this location are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. The car was in excellent shape and the price was so much lower than at the airport. And the location near neighborhoods made it easy for a local to drop off and pick up the car.
i don't usually review car rentals but this place was particularly great. some of the best prices, friendly staff, and was the rental car within 15 minutes of pulling up, even after making a last minute reservation.
Everyone here was so kind and helpful! Malik (sp?) picked me up from the repair shop where I left my car, and Tim drove me to a different location to get the right rental. They were both so sweet and I really appreciated the help & good vibes that day. Thank you guys so much!!
Everyone working here was super nice. The coordination with my GEICO claim at Gerber collision was flawless. I was out of town during the repair and they worked with Gerber to coordinate everything, even when the estimated time of completion kept changing. As a single mom with so many things to coordinate at all times it was so much appreciated. Wonderful service.
