My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon and rented a car from here just yesterday. We were so impressed with this location! We travel often and my husband rents cars every month for work travel and this is by far the best experience we've had. Cathy at the front desk was a total gem and set the tone for the start of our trip in Portland. From the guys who showed us to our rental vehicle, to the man at the gate as we exited, everyone was so friendly and helpful! We would definitely recommend!
We used Travelocity to book the car and the Travelocity confirmation said to pick up the car at the airport. The actual booking was off site in the downtown area, and we would have had to Uber there. When we went to the airport desk, they realized the issue but let us rent a car at the airport at the same price. Friendly and professional customer experience with everyone we talked with.
Great employees at the PDX enterprise. Super quick service and helped us get a car that met our needs.
