There are other Enterprise rental center closer to me, but the overall customer satisfaction and service that I get here, is second to none. I have been an Enterprise customer for years, and have been coming to this location since 2013. Being in sales you come to understand that service is everything and the Rinehart Rd. location in Sanford ROCKS !!!!!!

I reserved a small vehicle and when I went to pick it up, and did the walk through with the agent, I noticed that It had a very powerful smell of marijuana. When I told the agent she told me it was probably just the air freshener, so I didn't think twice. I went straight to my moms home and did not use the vehicle again until the next day to pick up my sister and her newborn from the Orlando airport. Again I smell the marijuana. We have used the Enterprise on Rinehart in Lake Mary, Florida on numerous occasions and never been disappointed. Our recent rental was no exception. Rented a mid-sized SUV and picked up a Jeep Grand Cherokee with only 200 miles on it! Yay, me! And "Yay, Enterprise!" The staff there is helpful, friendly and efficient. Thanks!

The service was fine. My only problem is that when I picked the car up I was given a price of $106. When I brought the car back it was all of a sudden $208 and with zero explanation as to why.

This location was average. The promised pickup did not occur. After thirty five minutes waiting for the pickup, I had to find my own way to the store.
