Easy to rent and great customer service
Quick check in and out. Reasonable prices and good service
This use to be my favourite car rental company; unfortunately that’s not the case. Rude staff, lack of information not sure what’s the point of making a reservation for a specific vehicle size if they’ll just give you whatever they want,lie on your face when the vehicles are available in their lot. We happened to Enterprise picks you up???
The woman at the Plains Road outlet for Enterprise is fabulous! She took time to explain everything to me, knew the car inside and out, was very polite and courteous and she is the reason I will be back when we ned to rent a car again! Good on you all at Enterprise. Cheers Charlie
