Honestly no problems. Picked up a Hyundai Elantra for a weekend. Paid for it. Dropped it off fueled. No fuss no muss. Staff were friendly and professional. Not sure what more to ask for.
I got to attended to by Kevin Singh at this location and it changed my whole vacation plan from just "good enough" to EPIC!!!. He had set me up within roughly 10 minutes and applied appropriate discount codes to change my entire cost evaluation. He really made my time in the city much more affordable. A total win in my mind.
I recently rented a vehicle from this location and had a fantastic experience. The car was handed over in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and a real pleasure to drive. Customer service overall was very pleasant, and they were quick to accommodate my requests and get me my preferred vehicle that was not at the lot at that moment .
