Enterprise Associates are so pleasant any problem you have they’re there to help you with a smile on your face. I enjoy renting from enterprise.
No employee was at the desk when our flight came in late. We landed at 2:15 am. I was at the desk by 2:30 am but the enterprise/national desk was abandoned. I called enterprise and was told an employee would stay 2 hours past the 1 am normal closing time if a flight was delayed and they were very apologetic about have no staff on hand. The alamo and budget desk did have a staff member and she was very surprised enterprise staff had left despite the delayed Allegiant flight. Due to flight delays & cancelations, I had to call customer service twice to reschedule my rental. Both times, the customer service was exceptional. The reps took care of everything. Then, at both pick up & drop off, the employees were sensational. Quality employees performing absolutely fabulous customer service!!! Thank you for making my day!!!
10/10 would rent a car from them again
