Karrington (spelling?) was an absolute sweetheart! She couldn’t have made the process easier! Such a bright personality who really seems to enjoy taking care of people! Made the experience that much better.
I use this branch all the time. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, but the cars are never ready for pick up and I usually have to wait 30 mins or more to get the car even though I check in through the app or I reserve the car early. Lately the cars are never on full and I have to fill up the car with gas which further delays my journey.
If you can find another rental place. Find one! This place is Shady! Rented a car that had to be cleaned “again” before halfway suitable. There was old food sitting in the back seat! Also the tire pressure sensor light was on. “They” told us it was a sensor problem?! Lo and behold the tire had a nail in it! AVOID this place if possible!
