Mufreesboro Enterprise was great. They picked up the car at the Honda Dealer and all was good.
the van itself had issues, but the store manager was super gracious gave us an amazing discount, took the car immediately to get service. the text line for help needs work. but we were well taken care of. will be back
I have been renting from this location for years because I travel for work three weeks out of every month, so I rent a car here almost every month. Until today, I’ve always had positive experiences. This is one of the worst don't have a damn places I er ever seen. Come on at 2 for an appointment and we might have a vehicle you can drive. The customer service is garbage. Who the hell works of might or maybe? You either have one or you don't at my appointment time. Can't do your job, quit and go somewhere else! This place is a joke! BEWARE!
I have always used Enterprise and have always had good experiences. The employees are always friendly and helpful. I will continue to use Enterprise for all my car rental needs.
