My expectations have always been exceeded and the experience has always been that they are very professional, courteous and meet any needs that I have. I appreciate them always helping me with all of the questions that I have regarding vehicles etc. And and helping me when I have extenuating circumstances that needs their help. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. On the very first day of my rental, the undercarriage of the vehicle came loose, making the car unsafe to drive and requiring it to be towed. This was not a minor inconvenience—it completely disrupted my trip. After the vehicle was towed, I was told Enterprise would contact me regarding a replacement vehicle. Great experience!! The person at the counter was kind and helpful with every question I had. The car was way better than I could have expected. It was clean and smelled nice when I picked it up. It even had drive assist to help me on my road trip! Returning it was really simple and took no time. And the same worker was there to drop off the keys. He asked about the trip and remembered me.
