There were two employees working the counter while 8 customers were inside waiting. Very busy location to only have two employees on a Saturday. The vehicle that ai have will be swapped out. The interior is dirty with the smell of weed and cigarettes, burn marks, windows are dirty. The gas tank said close to half a tank however it was parked on the hill and in reality it is closer to a quarter of a tank. Make sure to walk around the rental vehicle before leaving. Go see Jackson will be the most professional and polite guy you have encountered in a while! I'm not easily impressed by customer service but he really left me feeling satisfied as a customer
