After progressive scheduled my rental with the wrong location, on college, the broad Street location came in and got things straightened out and had me going within 10 minutes!!! Then, when I returned the car, the process was flawless... I have rented several times with the broad location in Murfreesboro and have NEVER been disappointed... These guys need a raise.. and a kudos line!!! Thank you so much for everything!!
staff is always professional and attentive. wish they had more minivan supply though.
