Store manager Shannon is always super informative, on point, organized and ready
Andrew & Jeff were very polite and thorough; Andrew most definitely has a future in car sales lol he’s very persistent and persuasive with those add ons. Overall customer service was great they were very communicative, the cars weren’t the cleanest I’ve had since dealing with enterprise both vehicles I received had a fair amount of pet dander from the previous renters & the last car had a low tire which made me question the cleanliness of the vehicle. Other than that the people were professional
The entire team is fantastic! Their service went above and beyond just a car rental! This team wanted to make sure that I enjoyed my exploration around the area and that my rental experience exceeded my expectations. The care, concern and attention to detail will definitely keep me coming back!
