While I dont agree with all of their policies and added costs are everywhere, the gentleman helping us was very polite and professional. Rented a car for a week. On top of a $300 deposit, to add a driver was an additional $105 plus tax. Ive rented from Enterprise for at least 20 years and never had to pay a deposit before. Guess I'll be trying different rental agencies in the future
Excellent customer service! David, the manager, is super and talked with me when I initially signed up for the mini-van and when I turned it back in. He has outstanding customer service skills and was really professional. I also interacted with Abbey who signed out the car to me, and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, explaining everything about the mini-van.
