Andrew really made the experience. Professional, knowledgeable, very friendly.
The guys working here are amazing! They go above and beyond to make sure your taken care of. I dropped off the car but forgot to drop off the keys lol they didn't try to make me pay extra, didn't get upset or anything. They will always be where I get my rentals from!
I would give a zero if that were an option. The incompetence a rudeness displayed by the two staff members were truly incomprehensible. It felt as though they were on a power trip, with customer service clearly not being a priority!
