I have been renting from this location for almost 3 years. But I've been using Enterprise for 28 years. The staff in this Paramus location is very courteous and friendly. And the manager Sabrina is always there to help in any situation. I would recommend this location to everyone, my friends and family. And if we gave relatives visiting, they ALWAYS use Enterprise. When my family and I go on vacation, we use Enterprise.

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service, HARASSMENT.I have rented many vehicles in my day, and the majority through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. My last rental was the most horrific experience I have ever encountered. I am writing this to WARN any other potential customers to STAY AWAY.Limited characters allowed, so here is the extreme shortened version.1. I went to pick up my car after getting two confirmations, one by email and one by phone, only to find that I did not have a car . I have used them several times in the past and have not had a problem. I was told that it would be an hour or two before they would get one. I had to rent a car to go to an important meeting out of town. Do to this poor management and customer service, I was late to my meeting! They knew when they closed they didn't have a car. So to start off with this, I reserved a vehicle online. After reserving i read the fine print and everything and never was told to bring 1 utility bill with me and a check stub. So I get there and I literally have 3 different co workers saying different things I need to bring. I spoke with the manager and he says different from what he just told me to my face. Not going back! Unprofessional and inconvenient.

I always have an enjoyable experience at Enterprise. The staff is always courteous, and I have not had any outstanding wait times. The quality of the vehicles is good, ensuring I have a great trip. I will continue to conduct business there.

I have flown into Philadelphia Airport the last two weeks and this Enterprise location is the worst on the East Coast. They only run one shuttle, you wait and wait and wait, and when you arrive at their terminal you see 3 extra shuttle vans parked behind their office. Then wait in line for 20-30 minutes, and they tell yeah...we will be right with you, seriously...right with you? I have been standing here for 20+ minutes, I'm no business traveler in no rush to see customers! Then when you return the car, guess what...."YES" y... read more

I was renting from a lot of other rentals, but the service was not as good as the service I received from my enterprise rental at this location. They always go out of their way to be informative, pleasant, professional and prompt. I've had excellent experience each time I have rented a car. Thank you.
