They are very professional & courteous!!
Rented a car for a week while my other car was in the shop. They called me the day before I was supposed to turn it in and claimed my wife had turned the car in at the airport in New Orleans La (6hours away). Even after I told them it was a mistake that I had driven the car after they say it was turned in they continued with the attitude, Threatened me with a $300 fee for turning the car in at the wrong location. So I've rented several cars from this enterprise always had minor issues but the last rental was 5 days at 34$ per day $18.99 Insurance per day plus tax. They charged me 2 desperate 200$ deposits plus rental which they say was a total of 715$ that I was charged...they give me a 39$ refund...I call the manager directly which explains how I know this company and rent from them I go in kissed because no one can explain how I was charged 700$ for 5 day rental that should have been under 300$... he tells me to get the f out his o... read more
So disappointed in Enterprise right now. You shouldnt promise a vehicle you cant provide. As if the day cant get worse after hitting a deer & doing thousands of dollars in damage to my vehicle. They were extremely busy on a Sunday morning and I ended up with a dirty rental vehicle that they told me was just cleaned. I complained about it and they gave me a discount when I turned the vehicle in. They were very helpful and made sure I was satisfied.
Manager did not care about our complaint. He seemed disinterested with what we had to say and gave us a bad experience. Doubt I'll be coming back.

Not worth the trouble
I picked up a car in Farmington Maine while on vacation and continued to drive this car for over 2 weeks. The car was not clean when it was first picked up, and over the following 2 weeks normal dust and pollen accumulation occured. Upon dropping the car off at the South Nashua rental location the girl who received the car on Enterprises behalf was extremely rude. Moreover she accused me of dirtying and smoking in the car.
