Great service and car was a great match for us
I've rented twice from this location. Each time was due to collision repair on my personal vehicle. Each time I tried to go with another location, and each time the other location told me they didn't have any vehicles available and that "there are none available in Utah County." I made a bit of a gamble and called Orem and both times, Natalie was able to get me in a vehicle the same day. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful. We rented a Volkswagen Jetta which was a smooth ride. However, when we picked up the car, it had less than 3/4 of a tank and it was a bit dirty. The drivers side window had a grease mark from someone leaning their head against the window and there was trash between the seats from the previous driver.
North Provo Enterprise every time you need a car rental. They really take care of you.
