Great customer service!! Everyone was super helpful and friendly.
Manager extremely helpful for our unique situation. Best care and service given by them. Car is reliable since we switched out of the first one. Mitsubishi transmission had issues for a new car. But no negative reflection on Enterprise. They corrected the problem quickly and was back on the road in under 10 minutes. All the staff members we encountered were friendly. We even extended their service another week. Nissan Sentra was perfect!!
I wish I could give this a zero star review. We rented a car and everything was going fine. We weren't going to be able to pick it up when we said we would and tried to call to let them know we'd be late to picking it up. They didn't answer and we went to pick it up later than expected and they said they rented the car to someone else.
Awesome.and great!
Pretty nice stuff, easy and quick setup and enrollment for the rental car paperwork.
