Pretty nice stuff, easy and quick setup and enrollment for the rental car paperwork.
They were very fast, professional, and explained things clearly. The vehicle was very clean.
Bad, very bad customer service, there is no empathy in anything...the service is terrible and it is not a star, it is less.
Cars used to be pretty dirty when I rented here years back but this time the car was clean and ready.
