Representative was in constant contact with me, but vehicle was not ready and representative constantly over talked me and was constantly blaming corporate
I rent a car here almost every week and this team is amazing!! They are super nice and patient! No matter how busy they always stay calm and accommodate best they can. Latifa is especially wonderful! She is AM and deserves a promotion to GM.
