Great staff that worked the counter, terrible staff that clean cars. Stained window, food between seats, dirty exterior/ interior. No drop off after hours at oshawa bloor st location
Very good service by the staff at this location. Ladies were helpful and friendly. Could have been a 5 star but the issue of not being open past Noon on Saturday lowers my rating. Thought maybe we could drop keys in a drop box on Sunday - even though it indicates on the door to the location - that is not available. As a decades long National Car rental member that option should be available to dependable renters. Had to cut short our vacation to return the car. Flawless.Never a problem with any rental I had.
My family had an excellent experience here. Fast check-in. Friendly service. A great vehicle. Lisa helped us with a great attitude and a smile on check-in and check out. With this Location we took the GO from the city and skipped the traffic. When we dropped off the car they shuttled us to the station. I would highly recommend this location for your car rental needs.
