Busy and understaffed. Expect to wait a long, long time.
Why is it everytime my partner goes to pick up a car, the gas is only at half a tank? They literally have a gas station across the street, and I know for a fact, renters are charged a fee for not bringing the vehicles back full.
Don’t expect them to pick you up because they won’t.
