I had a great experience at this location. Great customer service from beginning to end! Rocco picked me up (he was an excellent driver, super professional and down to earth) and the manager Christen Krzysik checked me out. He was super kind and even ordered me an Uber to the airport. (Only because I was waiting a long time, but they were super busy and Christian remained communicative about that) I will absolutely use this location if I return. Smooth and efficient service!
Customer service was good. When the car was rented out to me I didn’t get to do a walk through and found that something on the inside of the car was broken. Other than that, it was a good experience. For future rentals I will go with SIXT just because my son works there and they have better vehicles.
Easygoing pick up and return.
