If I could leave negative stars I would. This company is a trash fire of a company. I will absolutely never use them again, and I’ve used them very reliably in the past. I had a reservation for 9a, for a long (holiday) weekend. They called and left me a message saying they “didn’t have a car” for me and that I would be first on the list for getting one. My bill went up by $500. I talked to the manager about getting a $50 credit, undated my bill went up by $500. It is reticle how they handle billing. I was way over charged the $41/ day I was supposed to be charged. I didn't get checked in when I was there, they just took the key and said they would call me with questions and then I saw a ridiculous charge on my credit card which I'm going to have to dispute. It was a very friendly and fast rental experience. Definitely will use again the price was very reasonable.

This location is so much better than airport location. Christian was amazing and so was his rental vehicle.
