Charges appeared on our final bill that were not agreed and a final bill was never received. Car was returned with a full tank of gas, but gas charges appeared. We were informed by the leasing agent that we could call to cancel the hail damage coverage if we decided we didn't want to continue with it. We did and it was never removed from the charges.
