Terrible experience! Do not rent a car from this location!!! I made a reservation for a van for my trip a week in advance from this enterprise because I have two elderly people with me and when I go to pick up the car they tell me they don’t have a van and downgrade me to a suv which is not what I asked for because there is not enough room for the elderly on my trip and we’re additionally going to up charge me $200 for the the suv I did not ask for.
