A big shoutout to the manager, assistant manager, and team who were able to make a last minute booking of 3 large vehicle rentals happen. Our organization had to pivot our plans when Air Canada had their strike in August. The moment I called, within hours the branch manager was able to secure us the vehicles we needed. The rental process and pick-up was also very smooth, the cars in great shape, and the customer service the best I’ve experienced in a long time.
