Liked my experience renting a car here. The car looked new or very well maintained. The pickup and drop-off were fast and efficient. The staff was friendly and communicated the rental details clearly.

I want to thank Ruhi at the Downtown Guelph office for her help in returning our friend's rented car. The office was impossibly busy with phones ringing, people coming and going and she handle our situation and all the other inquiries with a smile on her face and never once got flustered or short or upset. I was incredibly impressed by her professionalism! Ruhi needs to be recognized by Enterprise, you have a top notch employee. If I was hiring people, she would be at the top of my list! Thank you for helping us today Ruhi.

Amazing people to work with especially Stuart. They went over the top and beyond with us when we were dealt an unfortunate situation with our vehicle being in a collision. Can’t recommend them enough!!
