We had a fantastic experience renting a 6-seater vehicle from the Gordon St. branch of Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Every staff member was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and friendly, and the manager was exceptionally professional and ensured we had everything we needed. I would definitely use Enterprise again if and when the need arises, and would highly recommend this team on Gordon St. Guelph.

Decent rental experience, but second time was frustrating The first time I rented from here, everything went smoothly — the car was in good condition and pickup was easy. However, my second experience wasn’t great. I was in a rush for a meeting, but the car was parked in a tight corner and blocked by four other vehicles. I politely asked a staff member for help, waited 20 minutes, and eventually had to go to the office myself. They spent another 10 minutes looking for the keys.
