Great customer service
Outstanding service every time, professional staff, quick pick-up and return, and consistently clean, reliable vehicles. I rent from this location frequently, and they consistently deliver a smooth and efficient experience. I highly recommend them !
Unfortunately had a chip crack the windscreen and for a crack smaller than a quarter their glass guy decided the whole windscreen needed to be replaced costing me over $500. Part of which was a $75 service fee? I won't be using enterprise again, even through insurance I'll take the per diem and use someone else.
Picked up a VW Taos on Friday from this location, the car has over 82000 kilometres on it and is stinky, I would not want to wear a light coloured jeans and get into the car, it smells like an old vehicle driven by hundreds of people, driving it in the evening where it started to snow to find out there is no windshield fluid in the car and on top of that the windshield wipers are worn out and do not help giving a clear view.
