Terrible customer service. Lack of management skills and awareness. Management avoids speaking with customers directly.
I was surprised at how busy this location was but Alexandra K and Sebastian handled it incredibly! I was so impressed with not only their demeanor and professionalism, but they were efficient and still managed to give their full attention to each customer. I would not hesitate to come back here if only because I know I'll be taken care of by them.
Thad a great experience with Enterprise! Alexandra who helped me was very friendly, professional, and helpful. She made the whole process easy and smooth, and her excellent customer service really stood out. I truly appreciate her kindness and support. Thank you for making my experience such a positive one! Highly recommended!
Don't bother trying to rent a car here. No staff, a line up out the door, nobody answers the phones. Terrible way to run a business
