I have lived on 3 continents, visited more than 10 Countries. This is the best Car rental location of all I have used and experienced.
Pathetic customer service. When you call them, someone just picks the call and just disconnect it. Why do you even need a phone number?
For a luxury rental got a rust bucket. I tried to get a replacement but no luck. So returned. This is always the case with Enterprise they never give you a good car at first. Bad business practice of assuming customers are stupid. Done with enterprise and got it from Hertz. Please don’t reply with a sorry, keep it for yourself.
Enterprise Rent-A-Car is a great company for your next car rental. My experience was amazing, great service, answered all my questions. I was surprised after a few days a received a phone call and was asked whether everything was okay on my rental car. Nice follow up. Will definitely rent again from Enterprise.
