Quick and efficient service! The pick up and drop off is a great benefit as well
I had to wait over a hour to get a car. They had to clean the car and even after they supposedly cleaned it, it was still given to me unclean and this was after they tried to give me another vehicle that was unclean. Giving people dirty cars is not ok. In addition, they gave me the car at a quarter tank of gas. The CSR pointed this out to me and said she would document this, but she did not and they charged me for refuel when I returned it at the level they gave it to me at.
