Got a rental for a day from this location. I had a complicated situation when getting the car but the staff, especially Alexandra, was very patient, empathetic and comprehensive in her responses and interaction. She went out of her way to show me the options available and gave me time to discuss with my family before making a decision. Booking was easy, car was clean, lots of selection, employees were great.
Zero stars. Don't waste your time here. Even if you get a good rate, you'll probably not get a car when you arrive there for pickup. I booked my car out of pocket, and 3 days before pickup date. I arrived on time on the confirmed pickup date and they didn't have any car in their inventory that I could rent in the same category I wanted; claiming that all their cars were booked and "insurance" companies usually extend their bookings and that's why they didn't have cars in the inventory.
