Here’s a 1-star. You earned it Sebastian! Take your money to any other Enterprise franchise but this one.
My car was needed to be fixed so I rented a car from Enterprise. It was absolutely a nice experience with them. The rental process was easy and the agent that assisted us during the rental and when returning it were helpful. I made a security deposit when I rented the car but was reimbursed to me after I returned the car. The agent explained the rental process well and rented me a car that is with similar features or make like the car I drive This makes my driving comfortable, as if I am driving my own car. Picked up SUV from Thomas and dropped it off the next day with Akshay very friendly and professional. Highly recommended to family and friends. Definitely a return customer in the future. Thanks guys.
Very disappointing service. I was kept waiting for over an hour with no proper explanation or communication from the staff. The entire experience felt disorganized and showed little respect for customers’ time. I would not recommend this location.
Pick up service was smooth. Drop off was even better. Big thanks to Thomas for the awesome service! Much appreciated.
