The gentlemen that assisted when I picked up and dropped off the vehicle were exceptionally kind, considerate, and knowledge. They thoroughly explained the process in an easy to understand way. I've had issues with renting cars in the past that left me feeling stupid and frustrated. The gentlemen I had the privilege of interacting with made this a pleasurable, quick, easy, and streamlined experience. I will definitely recommend and use Enterprise for all my rental cars in the future! Oh, and the car was amazing as well!!
The folks at the two Billings location coordinated to ensure I could pick up a vehicle on a Saturday to accommodate my work schedule and let me drop it off near the dealership I was having my car worked on. It really helped me out. When I was checking in the vehicle, I was running late and came in hot at right about closing time.
