We experienced a rental car breakdown, and Heidi assisted us in getting a replacement. She was compassionate, understanding, and sincerely apologetic about the inconvenience. Great job, Heidi, for handling the situation so well and ensuring we were comfortable in the end.
The desk staff are helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Typically, there is a reasonable selection of cars that will get you there, but may not stir your soul. But the people are wonderful.
I use Enterprise a couple times a month for business. I had a reservation a month in advance and completed the pre check to fulfill my commitment. I was on time and when I got in after a full day of travel I was told they had zero vehicles and were actually over sold by 5. I was shocked. It is supposed to be Enterprise policy to hold reservations for 24 hours. The Manager of this location is completely incompetent as this has happened to me there in the past.
