I rented a car through insurance so it’s at my surprise to be continued to receive a bill for additional time that I did not use. When I first noticed this, I went down to the office as they did take the money out of my account, they gave me a refund. Well I give 3 stars I did have car trouble, I will go back to enterprise, I am rethinking what was offered though and disappointed with what I immediately took considering what I dealt with. I cant even say anything about anything because of how and where my rental died.. I had to leave my stuff outside and now between my chaotic irl i dont know if stuff got taken or I forgot stuff. Easiest Rental Experience I’ve Had I had a great experience with Enterprise in Whitman during my recent car repair. They made the entire process incredibly convenient and stress-free. They went above and beyond by picking me up directly from the auto body shop and bringing me to the Enterprise location, which made things so much easier. Even better, when my car was ready, I was able to leave the rental at the auto body shop, and Enterprise handled pickup from there.
