It is our fault for leaving our phone mount inside the vehicle still attached to the windshield, however, the location was unwilling to contact the customer that they rented the vehicle to after us, and upon return the phone mount was no longer in the vehicle. My wife and I have proof that the phone mount was in enterprise’s possession due to a video we took of the vehicle at drop-off after hours. Location wasn’t very willing to help us or cooperate. They did let me search the lost and found, and put a “hold” on the vehicle ... read more
Hit a deer with my car, and they handled the rental very well. The auto body I got my car repaired at was right next door and it all went smoothly.
