Great company but the crew at Enterprise in American Fork did not check wiper spray for windshield spray was not working. Pump may have not been working or lines may have been clogged.
When renting an oversized vehicle and returning in a different location make sure to ask them if the place has height restrictions!
We are grateful to Enterprise for their great cars we rented while ours was in the shop for weeks! I was given a car that kept reminding me that it needed an oil change. They had me bring the car back and swap it out for another one (I chose that rather than getting the oil change myself and trying to go through the process of getting reimbursed). Friendly staff, and quick Service, I was in a relatively quickly on the drop off, the pickup was a little bit more lengthy but they seem to be short-staffed on that day, but they were still very friendly and efficient once they were done attending others that were there before us. “Good morning, I just survived the chaos of needing a rental car and walked out smiling thanks to Nate, the assistant manager at Enterprise in American Fork. This guy deserves a medal — or at least a lifetime supply of coffee.
