Low inventory. Not the best service. Everyone was nice but I rid have a appointment that I showed up to ontime that was postponed for an additional 10 minutes. The point to any appointment is to be seen when you arrive, especially at a car rental place.
Well, what you could’ve done better? Maybe have the branch manager at this location actually do his job. I called Trayson a month in advance and told him my wife and I are taking a weeklong vacation driving through 2 states also what type of car we needed. I asked for low mileage newer SUV and please have a spotless, clean car ready to go and what I got was high mileage ran down filthy SUV that was absolutely disgusting inside. Great rental experience, and great that it is located right next to Unique Auto Body. The process was seamless and overall great experience with Trayson, 100% recommended!
Everything I come here I get treated extremely well. They are excellent to work with and have great suggestions. I park my car here wile I rent a car and it's right there when I come back so I don't have expensive UBER charges to deal with.
