Excellent service, I came in for a swap and was given a similar vehicle in under 10 minutes. Appreciate the guys down here, would defintely recommend this location to my friends
The staff were professional, efficient and accommodating. The rental was clean and perfect for what I needed. Booking, picking up and srop off was quick and easy
I would give this location a negative star if I could. The manager tried to claim fraud on the rental I had and didn't even have the audacity to speak to me in person about it. The office is also very unkept. Being the 2nd customer through the door upon opening and seeing a dirty office does not leave a good first impression. Would not recommend! Save yourself the grief and go to another location!
I recently rented a truck from Enterprise and was very satisfied with my experience. The booking process was easy, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the vehicle met my needs. Overall, the service was smooth and reliable.
