The app allows for a 12 pickup time but they closed before then.
Ease of pick up and drop off was superior for a resort location. Much better than Hertz, which is avaiable around the corner at the Ilikai Hotel. If you want to do same-day drop-off (to avoid the steep parking charges at the hotels!), Hertz makes you drop the car off approx 2 miles away, which you then have to walk back. Enterprise lets you drop the car off where you picked it up, in the garage at Hilton Hawaiian Village.
Convenient location, but hours are terrible in my opinion. Seems like they don't open early enough to do any sort of same day excursion, so you have to pay an additional day rental. The employees also did not seem to have any sense of urgency in the morning to get through a long line of customers at opening time. I was dissatisfied. Earlier hours would help I think.
