The professionalism, friendly, attentiveness by Tevin Dickey (Branch Manager), at the Downtown Columbia 1307 ASSEMBLY ST office was a very good experience. I appreciate the quick check-in and thorough walk-through that included the documentation of any noticeable concerns I had with the vehicle, which only included documenting a few scratches. So I had a reservation this afternoon I tried calling to get access to the parking garage I needed a bigger car to move some stuff and I needed to park my car to pick up the reservation after driving 35 minutes from Camden I finally getting someone to answer after the fourth time calling the person got an attitude with me THIS IS THE LAST TIME I EVER USE ENTERPRISE
