I had a really disappointing experience with Enterprise. When my rental car broke down, I called for help and spoke to a representative named Leo. Not only did they try to charge me $67 for a jump start, but Leo actually hung up on me when I questioned the charge. Definitely not the kind of service I expected. When I’m in emergency. They guy is simple terrible for doing such a bad job, what if I was in an unsafe place. Terrible
BEWARE: Yet another shady Hawaii rental scam. They tried to claim I had the vehicle for TWO days, when in reality, returning it today would’ve barely made it two. The car was back in their garage YESTERDAY MORNING. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location entirely.
