Fast and easy rental process. The car was clean, but quite a few dings. We spent extra time documenting the damage for our own protection. We rented a compact that was easy to drive and park - which can be a challenge on Oahu. The discovery bay center parking garage was a much more affordable option to parking at the Ilikai - a big plus.
We like how kind and helpful these guys are. We were upgraded at no extra charge. We always prefer Enterprise.
This was the best car rental experience I have ever had. Everyone was so friendly! I rented the car and checked in online and couldn't be happier. We were on our way within 15 minutes. We rented a Toyota Corolla and it ran flawlessly. The location at Ala Moana was convenient and did I mention they were SO friendly?! I won't even look at other places in the future, these folks are great!

I had a very positive experience. The line was short and fast. They recommended an upgrade that made a lot of sense. You should try driving a convertible in Honolulu, it’s a better experience compared to a regular car. Absolutely worth the extra. Friendly staff and great customer service.
