Honestly, terrible experience. I had a reservation for a pick up at 6PM. The system allowed me to pick this time and gave me absolutely no warning that I wouldn’t be able to. My husband and I arrived at 6:01 to find that they had already closed. At 6:13 an employee walked out and I asked him what I should do, I had a reservation for 6PM pick up. He said “everything is closed, locked up” to which I said, so what should I do about this reservation, he said “I’ve been here all day, and I’ve never seen your reservation.” He obvi... read more
