Miserable location. Void of any professionalism. Talk to you like you're their high school friend. Not how I expect to be treated at an Enterprise. Manager has a problem handling any adversity. Seems to forget they are running a business and we are the customers. Great experiences at Fredericksburg locations. Everything is a reflection of leadership and this location needs a solid one. Love this location in Stafford! They are super friendly, they hear your concerns about vehicles and correct the problems! I've rented from them 3xs and will definitely continue!
