I am a frequent Enterprise customer, renting vehicles at least monthly—and often weekly—for business travel. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was by far the worst I have encountered. Upon arriving 30 minutes early for my reservation, the manager on duty became visibly irritated. He was unprofessional and confrontational throughout the rental process.
