My go to for local rental. I particularly appreciated the support from Ms. Jasmine Jarrett as I rented the vehicle. She was patient and kind.
This was one of the worst decisions we made, trusting Enterprise again. We had a confirmed reservation and planned our entire trip around having this rental car. When we arrived at the location, we were simply told, “We don’t have a car for you.” When we explained that we had a confirmed reservation and that the online system showed our booking, they basically told us they didn’t care what the online confirmation showed. The Garrison office on Rte 1 in Stafford VA is OUTSTANDING. Personnel were exceptional and check-out/in was easy. Will definitely rent from that office for any future needs.
Everyone at this location has been very helpful. Maggie, Jessica and Jasmine handled me needs with excellent customer service and support.
The staff is always nice and professional when I'm in renting from this branch.
