Worst experience ever, I’m never coming back. Under staffed, phones just ring with no service; low inventory. Avoid avoid avoid!
The front end staff was curious and greeted when we entered. However; I been sitting for over half an hour just for a small size vehicle. With all the cars on the lot I am not sure why the wait time is so long considering I booked the reservation a week in advance. I have never seen this type of service engagement from any other rental companies. It seems like they are cleaning the vehicles at the car wash which is good, but they should have had them prepped prior to customers arriving for pickup.
Excellent customer service. TJ was def polite and took care of us quickly. Def recommended to come back for more business
