We had reserved a compact car, but when we got there requested a 4-wheel drive vehicle. They accommodated the request. They did not give us a map of the car rental parking lot, and the different rental lots are not well marked, so we wondered around pulling our luggage through the snow in near zero temps until we found our car. I get a rental car almost every week but the men I deal with at the Fargo location are the best by far very attentive towards my wants and needs.
I ordered a full size SUV so I could take my wife, 2 adult children and my 80+ year old parents to a nieces wedding. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle I was told that there was no full size SUV available. As a result my family had to hold their luggage in their laps on the trip to the wedding.
Flew into Fargo/Moorhead late on Friday, July 1st. The customer service rep was quick and got us going on our way. The price was great and the car was clean and great for the price. Thank you ENTERPRISE!!
Very pleased with the quality of car selection and cleanliness of the car. Both gentlemen who were working the counter were courteous, pleasant, and helpful. A good experience.
