The checkout and drop off process was quick and seamless. The jeep was really nice and drove well.

The rental office inside the Marriott hotel had a line since it was a busy week and only one staff member working. But she was very efficient and got all of us on our way quickly. She was a great ambassador for the company and I appreciate her service - very helpful and knowledgeable. The car itself was reasonably priced for Hawaii. The drop off procedure was simple too. A great stress-free rental experience.
