I recently had a very frustrating and unacceptable experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at the Waikiki Beach Marriott Resort & Spa location (2552 Kalakaua Ave, Honolulu, HI). On Wednesday morning, I called Enterprise’s reservation line to inquire about renting a vehicle from this specific location. 4일 동안 예약을 하였으나 12시 30분에 영업소에 도착..난감한 첫날이었다. 영업시간(9~12). 다음날 아침11시쯤 가서 차량을 인도받음. 위약금 없이 남은 3일간 렌탈할수있게 처리해주었고, 성수기 남은 렌탈차량이 없었는데도 다른 지역에서 차량을 가져다 주신점 감사하게 생각한다. 주변 여행지, 맛집, 드라이브 코스도 설명해주시고, 영어가 서툴어 직원이 번역기 돌려가며 설명해주신점도 감동. 하와이 가면 또 이용하고싶다. 참고: 차량반납은 호텔 입구 다음다음 주차입구가 엔터프라즈 전용입구^^
