Very friendly staff, nice new vehicle. Would have been a 5 star but tire light was on meaning 1 or more tires were low on air, which should have been caught when taken to get filled up with gas.

I picked up our Intermediate SUV on a Thursday afternoon at 5:00 and the selection was only 2 of them. I wanted a Toyota Rav, but none available. I was upgraded to a Standard and took a Hyundai Santa Fe and was very happy with it. That's great customer service. Agent was nice and professional. There rate beat all others, even my company sponsored rental. I will use this group again.
