Great service, I was assisted by Tala Najem. They also changed the car on request. Car condition was great.
I rented the car from enterprise on Regent Street, I was serviced by Talla Nejim. Amazing customer service always smiling despite how busy she was. She made sure that me and my family are in the right vehicle and comfortable. Even when we return the vehicle, it was a very smooth transition. I’m leaving this review specifically to complement Zac, who my husband and me figure out a fairly hairy problem after a flat tire outside of town. He helped us come up with a solution that was safe and efficient for my family (and it happens to be my birthday, so I’m especially grateful!). National roadside assistance from corporate was extremely difficult to deal with and Zach helped us cut through the red tape. We’re very thankful and he deserves kudos for great customer service .
