We dropped off a rental here that we got in another city, and it was difficult to find the location. If you're looking to drop off a car: navigate to "Parking Indigo Toronto - Brookfield Place", that's where you can enter the garage, then you need to follow the signs to P3 Enterprise. The drop-off itself went super smoothly and the staff was very kind.
There is always a long queue to pick up the car. And there is no separate queue for people who have already checked in. So don’t check in, there’s no point. It is going to take time either way.
I rented a vehicle from this location last Friday with a scheduled return for Sunday morning. Due to Toronto marathon road closures, I was unable to access the branch, despite calling approximately eight times with no answer. On Monday, a staff member apologized, acknowledged the closures, and assured me I would not be charged an additional day as long as the car was returned before Tuesday morning. Won't tell you when you won't be able to return your car because theres a marathon blocking off the entrance. Made me waste 5 hours of my time waiting for it to open and $25 in parking fees. Worst service
