Malheureusement, quand je suis venu pour aller déposer la voiture, l'adresse donnée par entreprise ne menait pas au parking. J'ai appelé enterprise. Pas de réponse. J'ai dû utiliser un autre parking que j'ai payé 25$ pour comprendre comment retourner la voiture. Déception, gaspillage de temps et d'argent. Edit 6 mois plus tard : Je les ai contactés et je n'ai eu aucun retour d'appel ni de remboursement.
This was the worst experience I've ever had at a rental company location. They did not have the car I paid for and wanted to give me a completely different vehicle. I objected and insisted I should get the car I reserved and paid a high price for. In return, the store manager refused to provide a rental all-together, lied to my face about why I am objecting to his sub-standard offer, and when I said I feel they hold me hostage to the situation, since I am dependent on their service, he threatened to call security!
