Ben at Enterprise provided some of the best customer service we’ve experienced. We accidentally mixed up our pickup time and arrived over 3 hours late, and unfortunately our reserved vehicle had already been given away. Instead of just turning us away, Dave went above and beyond to help us. He searched multiple locations until he found the exact vehicle we wanted, got us checked in quickly, and even helped lower the price since we were picking it up later than planned.
