My husband and I had a terrible experience at the Miami south beach branch. We have been Enterprise customers for 4 years, and practically rent weekly from them. The young guy that helped us at this branch was unprofessional and disrespectful. Upon checking in, he insisted that we do not have a CC to proceed with our reservation, and needed to provide him departure flights to match our international drivers. Great service
I reserved a luxury vehicle from this location, i was told vehicle would be ready to go when i show up but problem was that the vehicle had a flat when i showed up 🤨. I was in a time crunch and was upset about this delay i could wait or get in whatever they had available which wasnt much. I ended up in a Mazda SUV it was alright but if is reserved and waiting for my pick up how did it show up with a flat 🤦♂️.
