Worst service I ever had l, car was towed told to go to local branch to they have no cars. Zero help. Staff is useless
Great experience. Car was available on-time, check-in was quick and staff was very helpful. Peyton in particular was extremely helpful, responsive and professional. Look forward to me next rental with this location & team.
Total Rip Off. Bait and switch. Was charged far more than the on line reservation price for rental plus basic insurance. Never again.
Car was not ready at appointment time because it needed an oil change. Sales guy refused to give free upgrade to a Mazda Miata which was more fuel efficient than the Jeep Wrangler of which he was only willing to offer. Knowing we were pressed by time, he said we could either pay for the higher price Mazda or take the less fuel efficient Jeep, none of them were the car we had originally booked for. This location had so-so reviews but we were completely satisfied. Car was available at appointment time and when returned it was checked right away and deposit returned immediately.
