DO NOT RENT FROM ENTERPRISE — ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I have never experienced such poor customer service from a car rental company. After making a reservation, I went to TWO different Enterprise locations throughout the day, being sent from one location to another, wasting hours of my time and spending approximately $150 on taxis just to get to their offices. I love Enterprise. I picked up a car in Miami to drive to the Florida Keys. It was a perfect booking experience and exceptional pickup and return experience. Wonderful!! Great customer service along with getting a very nice car. I also like the three options on fuel. That makes it easier on the renters' return.
car was perfect: clean, almost new, in perfect condition (GMC Acadia). Stuff was professional, with sense of humour (Mr. Beacher). Pick-up was very fast and drop-off was easy (I came after working hours, so I just left the key in a box).
They gave me a car with a nail in it. The tire went flat, I called them immediately & let them know the issue. I was told to drive on a flat to bring the car back. Then given a phone number to call for road side assistance. AI is who answered, then they finally sent someone to come help me in DAYTONA when I kept telling them that I was in MIAMI BEACH. Then enterprise stopped responding to my calls. I was stuck on the side of the highway for an hour, until FHP saw me and helped me out.
