They gave me a car with a nail in it. The tire went flat, I called them immediately & let them know the issue. I was told to drive on a flat to bring the car back. Then given a phone number to call for road side assistance. AI is who answered, then they finally sent someone to come help me in DAYTONA when I kept telling them that I was in MIAMI BEACH. Then enterprise stopped responding to my calls. I was stuck on the side of the highway for an hour, until FHP saw me and helped me out.
