Poor service, and claimed repairs on our insurance for damages which were not incurred by us. Make sure to inspect your car thoroughly with this location. That being said, we don't recommended using them.
I’ve had a first hand experience about being scammed by these people. Oct.16 (4:30pm) - picked the van up with plate # WJ7 63W. We were led by an employee, Braden, to a different van at first but the manager stopped us saying we’re taking a different van (WJ7 63W) because the van that we’re going to is dirty. We waited for WJ7 63W. Oct. 17 (4:30pm) - I returned the van to CSN and I saw enterprise driver drove away. I can't say enough good things about my recent car rental experience at the Coquitlam Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Everything was easy, from the online reservation system to car return. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful. They even gave me a ride after I returned the car! On top of all that, the rates were very reasonable. Based on my experience at the Coquitlam rental location, I would highly recommend Enterprise.
My go to for vehicle rental. Also , I am not an easy client, so that says a lot.
