My recent rental with Enterprise went very smoothly. I used the Ashland City location that is a branch of the West Nashville location. All management was very helpful and generous with pricing, especially because I had so much trouble getting a rental in the first place due to outside circumstances. Thank you, Enterprise for all that you do.
Worst enterprise to deal with. They never have the car you reserve. They never answer the phone. I had a reservation weeks ago The guy was supposed to call me back about if they're able to pick me up or not. They would not answer the phone when I called to confirm the day before. So I made a reservation elsewhere. They called me so many times the next day getting mad at me for not picking up my reservation. This is one of the worst locations.
The rental reeked of marijuana. Why would a member of the staff provide a rental that reeked of marijuana?
