I wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn’t an option. We were assisted by a young man wearing a cap with a blond mustache, who never even gave us his name. His attitude was very poor from the beginning and it was obvious he didn’t want to rent us a car. When our credit card didn’t go through, he offered no help or alternatives. The worst service I’ve ever received at an Enterprise. When I greeted the blond guy at the counter and asked how he was, the first thing he said was “license,” without even saying hello. Then, for some reason, my payment was declined by the bank, and he told me that due to company policy I couldn’t try another card for 24 hours, nor could I make a new reservation under a different name. A complete disaster—very poor attitude and a noticeable lack of willingness to help.
Great service. The agent was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and would gladly choose Enterprise again.
Service at Aspen airport with enterprise was outstanding. Staff efficient and great I work with. Nice cars!
