I have been using Enterprise, exclusively, for all my rental car needs for over 15 years! They always prove to be friendly and attentive to my needs. The cars are in great condition, from compact to full size. I am always impressed by the great service and staff! If you need to rent a car (large or small), I recommend Enterprise

I wish I could give 0 stars, but that isn’t an option. We were assisted by a young man wearing a cap with a blond mustache, who never even gave us his name. His attitude was very poor from the beginning and it was obvious he didn’t want to rent us a car. When our credit card didn’t go through, he offered no help or alternatives. A close relative came to help us by offering to use their own credit card for the reservation, but he refused as soon as he realized they were part of our group. We felt discriminated against. The worst service I’ve ever received at an Enterprise. When I greeted the blond guy at the counter and asked how he was, the first thing he said was “license,” without even saying hello. Then, for some reason, my payment was declined by the bank, and he told me that due to company policy I couldn’t try another card for 24 hours, nor could I make a new reservation under a different name. A complete disaster—very poor attitude and a noticeable lack of willingness to help.

Great service. The agent was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely be back and would gladly choose Enterprise again.
