Absolutely terrible experience. They have forced you to contact a call center to make a reservation as opposed to contacting the actual branch location. Made a reservation, they took our money, but then promptly informed us that there is no car available even though the contact center assured us there was. Is this your idea of service? What a joke.
They did a pre trip with me around the car. We both missed a Crack on the top middle of the window. I picked the car up on Friday drove it to my mom's and parked it until Monday. Drove to work about 2 miles on Monday. Drove to sheridan about 40 miles filled up with gas washed the window and noticed the Crack. I stopped in and told them now I have to pay for a new window
Enterprise Sheridan Wyoming, Let me start by saying the employee ( there is only one ) went above and beyond to the best of her abilities! Like I said the only employee at this location and when I asked how she liked managing that location she replied " I'm not a manager " , Okay Enterprise, how is that possible, she is apparently doing the job just without the title and I'm sure she's not getting paid as a manager either!
