Larrisa was AMAZING here! After a not so great experience at an Idaho Enterprise, this place was a breath of fresh air. Larrisa walks you through EVERYTHING and is VERY clear on everything. So appreciated her, her calls before, during and after. Would use them again and highly recommend!
I rented an Audi A5 from National in Billings, MT. The car experienced multiple failures and a flat tire after I arrived in Sheridan Wyoming. Sheridan does not have a National however they did have an Enterprise. National instructed me to go to the Enterprise to exchange the vehicle. When customer service excels over and above expectations, it needs to be shouted out. With all the headaches this Audi had, my wife and I had to leave Sheridan that morning.
