Rude store clerk by the name of Ryan. I reserve a vehicle only to arrive and they have non available. Then they expect me to just wait 2 and a half hours for an alternative. I ask if there's another location close by and he doesn't even give me one. An elderly gentleman working asks me about my electric unicycle. This is the 2nd insurance claim we’ve had in 3 months. (I know!!) Enterprise picked us up at the car repair shop & it was smooth sailing from there! Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful team and great communication made this whole experience a little less painful. Thanks Enterprise!
Best rental car experience I've ever had. Highly recommend Brunswick Ohio location. Aaron and Ryan were the best. The vehicle was perfect for my needs.
Initially reserved a vehicle in Strongsville which they didn't have so sent me to this Brunswick location. The driver that picked me up was great, people behind the counter were also. While driving the vehicle had mechanical issues not due to an accident or mistreating the vehicle. Called the corporate office, called this location even stopped in to try to speak to a manager being understaffed.
