Dealt with enterprise through my insurance for a repair to my original vehicle. Enterprise came to the repair shop, picked me up, drove me back to enterprise and had my new car ready to go when I arrived. The staff there is so friendly and professional. I’ve rented from them personally as well but this experience was definitely a 5 star experience. Thank you Enterprise for making this transition so easy!
I offered to return my car at 8:30 in the morning (car due at 9:45am) but Calibur Collision (valley city, Ohio) told me no, bring it to them at noon and they’ll handle contacting Enterprise. Well, because enterprise didn’t get the car until after 4pm they charged me for another day. Will not return to either place.

The guys at the counter, first, amazing guys! Friendly and professional. Brunswick doesn't always have the largest amount of vehicles available, but they have quality cars!!!! Every other rental place I've been, junk. Especially Budget Rental..... dont ever go there!!! Nightmare! ALWAYS GO WITH ENTERPRISE!
This place! Ugh! Have rented here a few times over the years and thought maybe one day it will be better, wrong again! Received a decent offer through Expedia for a luxury car so I thought, fine, it’s my son’s bday and we are going on a trip so why not. Of course, when we go to pick up the car, none available.
