Had a rental car from this location for 36 hours to drive to and from my grandmother’s house in West Virginia while home for the holidays. I live in Houston and my dog stayed back in Texas, not even in the state with me. I dropped the car off for return and, after the fact, they charged me a $50 fee for “additional cleaning” due to dog fur? There might have been some dog hair from my blanket/coat but NOTHING major or that would consistite a $50 cleaning fee, especially without announcement. Took money from my card and they didn’t even have a car available then accused us of lying when we said they charged us and we proved them wrong.
I definitely recommend Enterprise, they handled everything for me, the car was clean and full of gas, I will definitely be using them again!
Enterprise Amelia always goes above and beyond to help me in the few times I’ve used them with my car insurance. Upgrading vehicles and driving me to Kroger when I had dropped off a vehicle and my husband was stuck in traffic.
