Enterprise Rent-A-Car did an amazing job helping me while my transmission was being repaired. I did all transactions on line. When I arrived to pick up my car Jace an associate of Enterprise was very helpful in assisting me. I definitely recommend this establishment.
I genuinely believe that this establishment made every effort to avoid honoring my reservation. Upon our arrival, my fiancé was informed that he needed to present a physical card and could not use tap payment. After several minutes of discussion, we drove 30 minutes back home to retrieve his card. Upon our return, we witnessed the enforcement of their physical card policy being bypassed for a Caucasian woman, who was permitted to use tap payment. Terrible customer service and support. I reserved a car but they refused to take my credit card because it wasn’t a physically with me. Try to explain that my card is being sent to me via mail in a few days. It’s 2025 ! Cashless payment is everywhere, keep up with the world!
