It is a not good experience. Im a continuous enterprise user even with a coorporate account. All along US, Mexico and Central America. Thats why I went with him. The service of the people are very good, helps a lot when you come from Mexico with a digital drivers permit. The big problem was. We need to deliver the truck at night. The compound was packed. Huge shout out to Ryan and Manny for their help, honest and transparency! After a different Enterprise location completely dropped the ball by renting us an unsafe vehicle, Ryan and Manny made it right. They were empathetic and validating regarding my concerns about safety and the only Enterprise employees we spoke to (and we spoke to quite a few) that provided resolution. We recently rented a car from this location. I reserved the car a month or so in advance . We received a call 2 days before saying the original location we booked at would not pick us up from the Howard Johnson . So I called this location on south harbor blvd to see if they could pick us up. The man I spoke to said they could and I confirmed the time with him the day before we wanted to be picked up .
