So friendly and helpful.
Outstanding customer service. Rented a car on the spot. Rental agent was very friendly. When I returned the car, unbeknownst to everyone, my daughter left her wallet in the car. Employees tried to chase us down when we were leaving. We didn't see. They called me. We returned to the rental place. Employees stayed late so we could get the wallet. Above and beyond, gentlemen.
These Guys are on it! We had some issues in the past renting a Car with them but my Guy Carter took care of it like nothing. Honestly I have never left a review to any business but this was the exemption I’m beyond satisfied with their service, this place highly recommended
This was my first accident ever in over 20 years of driving, so I was very unfamiliar with the process. Once I dropped my car off at the repair shop, Enterprise picked me up, gave me a free upgrade to a Chevy Trax to help mitigate my frustration with an insurance billing issue (which the repair shop handled for me), and were extremely nice and helpful throughout the whole process.
