I’ve rented from the Enterprise Liberty Village location three times now, and every experience has been excellent. The first two times were incredibly smooth, quick service, no issues, and just a great overall experience. On my third rental, I had a minor issue with the car(wrangler), but the team handled it very professionally. My boyfriend and I rented a car for the second time today from here and had a terrible experience. The first time we rented in June was wonderful, great customer service, smooth pick up and drop off. For background information, my boyfriend is from the UK and has a valid UK drivers licence, which we presented last time with the credit card used for booking, and had no issues. Super easy to reserve online and the pickup in the morning was straightforward. The staff at the Liberty Village branch were friendly and knowledgeable and you could tell that they care about customer service. It was a great first rental experience and I'll definitely go back there for future rentals. The dropoff was convenient as well because they have an underground lot with a key box. Oh, and I forgot my phone charger and the staff there let me borrow hers for the day! Very grateful! Overall, great service!
