DO NOT RENT HERE!! Enterprise had reservation set for noon. Driver showed up at noon and they were closed. Knocked on the door and they said they closed at noon and wouldn’t give her the car. Claimed they called people because they were closing early, but sure didn’t call her. The. Called corporate who sent her to the Union location to pick up and when she got there they said sorry, no cars. Piss poor customer service. STAY AWAY - MOST OTHER RENTAL PLACES ARE OPEN UNTIL 4!
Enterprise – Liberty Village is my go-to for rentals since I discovered they were in close proximity to my home. I keep returning to them for car rentals because of their exceptional customer service. I’m always treated like family—this is the truth! The team is friendly, reliable, and they go above and beyond every time. Highly recommend!
Don’t go here. They will charge more than double the price for downtown locations compared to North York or Richmond hill…. Technically not illegal but extremely unethical to say the least. Do yourself a favour and go with another rental company like Hertz in Etobicoke or surrounding areas. Do better enterprise- people downtown deserve fair pricing.
Great location to rent from. If you do everything online it makes the checkout so much quicker. They have great selection of cars. You also can drop off the car underground and leave the key in the mailbox. The prices are pretty decent. Choose the "we pick for you" option to save a little more. Our car came with a GPS so no need to add on that feature.
