Super helpful team, very polite and worked well to solve problems under pressure. I had requested a smaller car, but unfortunately there were only larger options available, the team were quick to step in and make me feel comfortable. It was the first time booking a car at this location, and I somehow loved the experience. The low price was also a factor (I got a brand new RAV4 for a week, for $288 including tax), but the attitude of the staff, both during pickup and return, was really pleasant too. I also learned that there IS a key dropbox on site (just at the underground parking), but Enterprise systems show that return after hours at this location is not available. Please update! I look forward to booking here again next time!
