Reserved a vehicle for the Plainwell location. I was assured they would be open by the date of my reservation. Found out that was not true. I normally have no problems so this was frustrating. If anyone runs into this, the Plainwell location is most definitely closed.
Amazing service
Once again my husband has rented a vehicle from here. I bring him here to pick up said vehicle to find out, they 1. Don't have it anymore. 2. It's not ready even after 10 minutes past requested time. 3. He paid for an suv and they try to give him a car.🤦♀️ He literally has to rent a car almost monthly. The ONLY reason we come here is because it's the closest one to us (25 minutes away still), I wouldn't recommend this place at all, honestly.
