Enterprise was my first option due to the fact that they off "Pick Up Service". From that moment on, they are my first choice CONTINUOUSLY due their customer service. Between Mallory & Nick, I've had no issues, problems nor worries. I know that, once I make a reservation for a weekend rental, the only thing that can go wrong is bad weather. God and Enterprise Rent-A-Car on N 18th will take care of children and idiots. I fall into the idiot category by not reading the requirements to rent a vehicle with only a debit card. But Mallory and her co-workers were kind and patient enough to help me meet the requirements and put me in a car. A week later, the rental return was lightning fast and painless. The staff at the North 18th street location in Monroe, La are very professional and courteous. Lateria and Donald took care of me and they were amazing. If you make your reservation it makes things run smoothly when you arrive. Lateria and Donald accommodated me in the rain by moving the car so I didn't get soaked, and made a space for my car to stay during my trip. They did not have attitudes, they were humble and eager to serve; they truly have a heart for service. The other staff were not helping me but they were hands on... read more
