We have rented before at the Ptown Airport location. Keep in mind the location is very small and with a tightly, limited inventory. When we arrived there was nobody there just yet but there was a sign posted to call for any assistance. Someone picked up right away and informed us the rental agent was on their way. Easy check-in. Car was very new about 1K on the odometer, clean and 3/4 tank of gas. Return was equally fast and efficient. Thanks Enterprise! We will be using you again in our vacations. 🙌🏽👍🏽

Be aware, be aware, be aware. I reserved a car to pick up in Provincetown on Friday afternoon. Enterprise called me on Thursday to confirm the rental and pickup Friday at 3. At 2:30 PM on Friday, Enterprise called me to say that they did not have a car for me. They, of course, had excuses, but, in the end, they were absolutely of no help. As a consequence, I will miss a big family event this weekend.

I’ve had THE WORST experience of my life with this company. Avoid them at all costs!! They cancelled my car just like that, couldn’t give me another one, I didn’t get a car and I missed the event I pad 300$ for. Spoke to them on the phone for an hour when they said they’re gonna connect me to Corporate, of course they didn’t and I got no compensation. Awful really, just open Expedia and find a car for cheaper and be sure you have one, that’s my advise.

Booked a car 24 hours for delivery in Provincetown but the car could not delivered.
