The representative was great in providing me an affordable upgrade when I picked up my car. Pickup and drop off were easy, and smooth. Good communication from start to finish. 10++++
The overall experience was great. The only annoying part was (and this is enterprise at their best), is to try and have you pay more than what they agreed the rental would be. Fortunately I had the original email agreement with me with the original price quote, and once I presented the email, they reluctantly changed the price. What I had expected was, they'd have the quoted price and just say, even though they are giving me an 'upgrade' they are giving it to me for the previously agreed up on price, rather than trying to se... read more
